I’m a naturally empathetic counsellor based in Melbourne Northern suburbs, offering support to adults who are feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from their true selves. If you're struggling to feel grounded, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My approach is grounded in empathy, safety, and empowerment, creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and supported. I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace, knowing that healing looks different for everyone.

I trained at the Institute of Applied Psychology and am a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), committed to ethical, evidence-based practice.

I draw from a range of proven therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy to help you explore deeper patterns, gain clarity, and find practical strategies for lasting change.
