Clinical Hypnotherapy is a gentle and focused therapeutic approach that works with the subconscious mind to support positive emotional, behavioral, and psychological change. It can assist with reducing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, negative thinking patterns, low confidence, fears, sleep difficulties, habits, addictions, weight management challenges, pain management, and other concerns that may impact daily life and wellbeing.

It is very different from stage hypnosis or entertainment hypnosis. Clients remain fully aware, conscious, and in control throughout the session. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative therapeutic process designed to support wellbeing, emotional balance, and positive change in a safe and professional environment.

My approach does not involve past life regression or deep regression techniques. Instead, therapy focuses on present challenges, current emotional patterns, practical coping strategies, behavioral change, and supporting clients toward healthier future outcomes and personal growth.

During hypnotherapy, clients are guided into a calm and relaxed state of focused awareness. In this state, the mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions, emotional processing, and healthier ways of thinking and responding. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and comfort level.
